Description: This expands on the original concept for the Rasengan; mixing one's chakra element with the Rasengan, emphasizing the combination of the highest forms of Shape Transformation and Nature Transformation. The user mixes their Raiton chakra with the Rasengan, maintaining its original stability and increasing its destructive power, far beyond that of an ordinary Rasengan. This technique looks fairly similar to an ordinary Rasengan, though electrical energy envelopes the spiraling mass of chakra. When striking an opponent with this technique, the electrical energy serves aid the rotation of the technique in potentially piercing the opponent or at the least temporarily damaging the nerves in the affected area, causing paralysis.

A Ninjutsu that uses the Lightning Element to create a Kage Bunshin. This Kage Bunshin is no different than the normal Kage Bunshin, except that upon its destruction the clone will turn into its natural lightning state. When the Raiton: Kage Bunshin is destroyed, it surges into the attacker if they made contact with it and momentarily paralyzes them. It still requires half of the user's chakra to make such a clone.

Description:
The user emits lightning in the shape of a spear from his/her mouth, which then pierces the enemy. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock, meaning it has a high killing potential. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element, however.

Description:
Utilizing the lightning element, the user produces a large column of lightning in the form of a dragon that will rise out of their body (be it the whole body or just hands) to strike their opponent up to over ten meters away. This dragon lasts only for a few seconds once released, but as it dissolves and loses its form the lightning will strike anything within a five meter proximity of the jutsu with enough force to knock a person over and momentarily stun them due to the powerful electric forces. Similar to its water counterpart, this jutus requires 44 hand seals but is just as deadly in its own right.

Description:
Ikazuchi no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra into the chest by inhaling and then immediately exhales. This causes a beam of lightning to be expelled from their mouth through the air toward an opponent. To better manage the lightning the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control its duration and accuracy.

Description:
After a string of 18 handseals is executed, the user allows his chakra to harmonize with the Raiton release. In a brilliant flash the user's body is covered in their own Raiton chakra. After a few seconds, it will leave the user's body coated with a protective layer of lightning, increasing defense from lower level general Ninjutsu and Taijutsu strikes, as well as rendering the user almost impervious to bladed weaponry and Earth techniques of equal level. The duration of the jutsu is roughly 2 minutes and this drains a fare amount of chakra from the user for as long as they keep it active.

Description:
A simple but effective technique. The user charges electricity in their palm, causing sparks to pop and jump around their palm. The electricity takes the shape of a shuriken. Because of the nature of the Raiton chakra, this shuriken will be propelled faster and farther than a normal shuriken and it will also cut deeper and will numb the surrounding tissue of a living target, rendering that limb or portion of the body immobile for a short time.

Description:
Raikyuu is a basic Ninjutsu technique of Raiton nature. By simply concentrating chakra into the palm of their hand or the tip of their weapons, the user can hurl a concentrated sphere of lightning towards an opponent. A successful strike from this could render an opponent’s body numbed for a short time, and if repeated successfully, possibly temporarily paralyzed. However these effects do not stack. Relatively easy to use, this jutsu provides little chakra drain.

Description:
A very easy Ninjutsu technique of Raiton nature. After a single handseal is produced, a small amount of lightning will coarse through the user’s hands, allowing small sparks to emerge from the tips. The discharged lightning is not enough to cause damage, as this jutsu is intended to simply light certain areas that are otherwise too dark for a Shinobi to see through.
