Kamaitachi, Michiko [Genin] 160bdx0

Kamaitachi, Michiko

BASIC INFORMATION

Name: Kamaitachi, Michiko.
Title/Alias:
Age: 15
Gender: ♀ female.

Appearance:

Much like what her name eludes, Michiko is petite, pretty, and fairly talented, Michiko can be called one of the brighter students from the Kamaitachi clan. She enjoys bright, vibrant colors, and by extension, she dresses in these sorts of colors as well. Michiko has an air of perkiness around her, especially in the bright pink, or white, or purple outfits she wears on a daily basis. She takes care of her physical appearance very well-keeping her skin from tanning, her weight normal, her hair perfect. There isn’t a day when Michiko doesn’t appear perfect, physically and even more well-mannered verbally. Another reason her hair is pink, is also to hide her family lineage. She usually wears a purple kimono, that travels to just under her hips, with a black jacket of equal length over top. She also wears a set of black tights, with a beautiful gold/magenta pink obi around her waist. Although the outfit appears intricate, her hair is usually tied high in a high ponytail using a white ribbon. Michiko dresses much like a fifteen year old with a vibrant sense of fashion would, when out on a mission. While the outfit may seem heavy, it is actually somewhat light, and it allows for quick movement. This benefits her kekkei-genkai, and the few ninjutsu she does have.

However, there are times when Michiko does dress in a more calm fashion, without the addition of bright ribbons and obis and the liking, and this usually happens when she is at home, or in Sunagakure, where the heat can be a little vexing. In these times, she dresses in assortments of dresses that go to just about her knees, usually sleeveless, and very simple in design. She leaves her hair down on occasions like this, giving away that she is fond of changing her appearance to suit different situations, and even more fond of dressing in a manner that catches the attention of others. Even with the vibrant dressing style, there is always a level of gracefulness around Michiko, especially in her manners and antics around others.

Height: 5’5”
Weight: 89lbs
Build: Slim.
Hair Color & Style: Michiko has long, pink hair that can appear slightly wavy, but altogether rather straight. Her hair is let loose when she is not on an important mission or training—it’s usually tied up in a high ponytail using white ribbons, when she doesn’t want it to get in her way.
Eye Color:Bright blue.

Personality:

Michiko has a more complex personality than most are able to understand. The most redeemable quality she has is her kind, and almost too sweet personality. She was raised to be incredibly polite, rarely speaking up when not expected to—and she almost always seems to be attempting to be kind to anyone she might meet. Even in occasions when most people might be incredibly rude, or unlikely to be kind to her, she does not return the treatment. Michiko uses suffixes on names, such as –san, -chan, or even –sama, when applicable, to show her respect for those she speaks to, and their roles in her life. She tends to speak in a very soft voice to people, especially when she doesn’t know them, and greatly strives to come off as defenseless, or perhaps even more importantly, harmless, to fool others into seeing her as not-so-important. This proved to be more or less advantageous in a battle situation, because it sometimes leads to her advantage, as a sort of surprise attack.

In her spare time, Michiko is often seen singing, or playing flute. She was taught these as a means of passing time, and often enjoys singing songs more-so than playing the flute. Her other hobbies tend to follow along the lines of dancing, or anything else that may seem artsy. A strange hobby that Michiko partook in, more as a child, was drawing with simple charcoals. Although she does not do this as often, she did enjoy it as a child and as such, it impacted her personality greatly. She doesn’t spend as much time doing leisurely activity, but the rare times she is caught doing her hobbies in private, are perhaps her happiest moments.

One of many things that stand out about Michiko is her way of dressing. Whether it’s a special occasion, or just normal days, Michiko’s outfits are normally over the top, with unusual fashion styles, ribbons, and most of all—the color pink or purple. These two colors are on her outfit in some way or another, and while they can be a little distracting, the arrangement is often appealing as well. Her choice in clothing greatly reflects her outwardly vibrant personality, keeping others attention on her outfit, her appearance, and in general the aura of energy that Michiko usually has around her. As per her name, her clothing reflects the beautiful, yet somewhat wise nature of her personality, and she spends almost little to no time attempting to show others that side of her.

The most strange part of Michiko, however, is her personal time. Michiko was raised to hide her personal pain, from others, and because of this, she often does not allow others to see that her very life was spent alone, and without much of an attempt at gaining access to close friends. She continually laments over the loss of her childhood friend, Eitsuo, and often does feel rather bad for not having Yusuke, or either of her parents around. Michiko does not let herself cry, but her guilt manifests in her incapability to do anything but sit alone during these times. She takes care to never let this show in public, and often covers the sadness with smiles both to mislead others, and to keep from having pity showered in her direction. Her belief, fostered by her grandfather, of a real kunoichi never showing her problems to others. Even with these strange ideals, Michiko is quick to try and help others with their problems, and often sees their needs before her own. She tries to provide support and she sometimes even tries to force the help on others—unwillingly or willingly.

Michiko seems to have no close family members or friends, and this greatly impacts what others see about her in general. She does well to cover up that her family is dead, and that she has no friends that she holds too closely, going so far as to almost pretend that she does to keep the attention from her personal life away. If inquired about her family, Michiko strangely changes the topic to something that she can easily distract the inquirer from. This leaves an unusual amount of attention on Michiko, in a negative sense. Yet in general, Michiko is a well-liked young kunoichi, with a personality that is equally as likeable.

FAMILY AND BACKGROUND INFORMATION

Known Relatives:
- Kamaitachi, Ayahi :: Mother :: 27, deceased :: Jounin
- Kamaitachi, Ichirou :: Father :: 42 :: Jounin
- Kamaitachi, Yusuke :: Grandfather :: 61, deceased :: Retired

Clan: Kamaitachi Clan

History:

The proper kunoichi, can fool an enemy into believing she is harmless, and then show them she is anything but.

She had every asset that her grandfather attributed to beautiful when she was but a baby. With lush pink hair, and bright blue eyes, and skin that was rather too pale for someone born in the desert, Michiko easily appeared to be like a little angel—or snow angel, as her mother had called her. Michiko was the first baby that Ayahi and Ichirou had, and while she was extremely fragile when born, her future had been decided when Ichirou said his daughter would be as good of a fan-user for the Kamaitachi-clan as her mother was. She was brought home within two days, and became a sound part of the side-branch of the Kamaitachi clan.

However, after she was conceived, Michiko’s parents both went off to join the front lines of the Shinobi war, leaving Michiko to be raised by her aging grandfather, Kamaitachi Yusuke. Yusuke was too old to be in the war, and still served part of the main branch at times. Michiko, as a baby, was unusually calm and didn’t seem like too much of a hassle to raise. She was a compliant child who didn’t complain or didn’t seem to have problems with anything she was told. She was a nifty little girl who was always smiling, or laughing—Michiko rarely cried, and quickly grew used to the lack of parents. This especially became true as time passed on, and Michiko’s parents were at home less, and at the front lines of the war more often. She grew to be more attached to Yusuke, who taught her to grow up in the way fitting for a girl in his era. Michiko was taught, from an early age, the basics of the kekkei genkai her family was gifted with. She enjoyed dancing and singing, and around the age of four, began to experience some common things Eakusshon users did experience. Her grandfather began to show her the simple dances of the clan and she was extremely interested in being a kunoichi.

The proper kunoichi, does not show the enemy she has anyone close to her. She hides it.

By the end of the war, both of her parents had died in battle, leaving Michiko to her grandfather, who attempted to raise her to be like her mother. Michiko was quick to pick up on using the Fūton chakra she was becoming accustomed to using. At this point, Michiko was fortunate to meet a boy from the main house of the Kamaitachi clan, named Eitsuo. They became close friends and Michiko grew incredibly fond of him, both deciding together to continue each others family legacies through the ninja academy in the near future. This peaceful life did not last incredibly long, because most of the main house was killed off and Michiko regretfully received news that her friend had died as well. Distraught with disappointment, this showed in Michiko’s sudden unwillingness to join the academy or to even associate with other people who were planning to. The side-branch was not as affected in terms of lost members—but Yusuke felt pressure to have Michiko be a good ninja in order to surpass her parents, and attract a husband to help continue their family lineage. Michiko on the other hand became depressed for a good year or two, incapable of accepting that someone she had finally become close to was killed without ever having seen their dream come true. The Kamaitachi clan after this moment, became sparse. Michiko continued to train dutifully under her grandfather as a proper kunoichi, and eventually at the age of nine, she decided to join the academy with most other students her age.

She was one of the most noticeable students there. Although her clan affinity was not immediately visible, her bright colored, long hair attracted attention, and if not that, her perky personality did. Michiko was one of her sensei’s favorites because of her polite mannerism and her welcoming attitude. She didn’t have conflicts with any students, save for the rare one who might have disliked how she was. However, Michiko never grew close to another friend as she had Eitsuo, retaining a plastic friendliness with most people, and never disclosing her personal life and past from anyone who might ask her about it. She did grow to have some friends, most females who were into the same things she was—fashion and other popular kunoichi past-times, but even those were people she didn’t speak to the moment she left the academy doors. Michiko was gifted her mother’s fan around this time—a large fan, almost bigger than her body, with the ability to carry and throw larger wind patterns at others. With her talent in the traditional dances of the Kamaitachi clan Michiko quickly began using the fan, especially when training with her sensei from the academy. Her distance from others only continued to grow when Yusuke passed away not long after she joined the academy, leaving behind for her a fair sum of ryo for her to live life based on, and an undying will for her to be like her mother. Michiko strove even further to be a better shinobi, and took Yusuke’s written words of what a Kamaitachi clan kunoichi should be like, much to heart. Simple concepts were something she could grasp onto, and she was sociable, and amiable—but Michiko could not excel at some things that others found very simple. She had trouble being seen as a kunoichi, because of her sweet personality, and her appearance that was nothing like the other members of her clan. Michiko stayed a very competent student, and graduated from the Academy at twelve.

GENIN YEARS

A good kunoichi, needs to be able to project false personas onto those they meet—onto anyone, whom they can’t trust.

In her team composed of herself, her two partners, and of course, her sensei, Michiko became a figure of support. She often preferred distance—in both socializing, and in battle situations. She grew accustomed to the training, because Yusuke had already pressed enough of it down onto her. With her formidable fan techniques, and her developing understanding of her wind techniques, Michiko grew to be much like what others mentioned of her mother, on occasion. She took pride in behaving like how her appearance seemed to make her behave—sweet, cute, charming, and even very mature. But at the same time, she made sure to hide the lonely, depressed, and completely compressed side of her that she knew she couldn’t show to anyone else. She behaved in a way that easily hid her fragile side from others. Her teammates seemed to ignore her personality, for the most part, and she pulled off her weight in any situation by supporting with her specialty in distant projectiles. Her minor knowledge in healing often came to use, because most kunoichi were taught to heal, even a little.

Michiko’s team completed most, if not all of their missions without many drawbacks. And moreso than that, Michiko’s soft, gentle nature was only abolished every time she used her fan to show her aggressive nature, powered by the formidable wind techniques her clan had. She had an almost contradictory way of living—relying on solely herself, but still assimilating herself into her team as the most friendly, most outgoing member there. Come close to Chuunin exam times, Michiko continued to hone her skills with her fan and her kekkei genkai to the best of her experience, not wanting to be the weaker half of anything.

SHINOBI FILE

Affiliation: Sunagakure
Rank: C-Rank :: Genin
Combat Style:
Michiko is usually better in situations where she can fight at a distance-away from others and their prying attacks. At a distance, her fan works well to repel most kunai and shuriken thrown in her direction, and the advantage of the distance gives more leverage for her to swipe her fan around in an attempt at attacking her enemies with the powerful winds they can create. Distant combat provides, for her, the safety, whereas in close combat, Michiko can be a little too frail and somewhat weak. Her attacks tend to be swift and distant, meaning the most advantage is her distance making it less likely for her to be attacked as well. She uses taijitsu techniques at times, in conjunction with her Fūton, attempting to add the slight little kick to her fan-although she is by no means very good at Taijutsu.
Specialization:

    Primary: Ninjutsu
    Secondary: Eijutsu

Special Abilities:

    C-rank :: Fūton Proficiency.

Chakra Nature:

    - Fūton

Chakra Reserve:

D-Rank

Okay, this looks good on my end. A few grammar issues but nothing that will keep it from being accepted. Since the Kamaitachi Clan is Luna's (and I've heard her give you permission already) you are good on that end as well.

In terms of the Jutsus, I entered all the other E-Ranks because those are free and would be expected of you to have learned them anyways. So you have two more that you can add in for free. You can only do that now, before it gets approved. Otherwise, you will have to go through the training process to learn more jutsu. Same goes for the Summoning Contract, so if you want a summon now you can have one up to a B-Rank summon at the moment (which is mediocre).

Remember that if its a custom jutsu or summon to post the full templates for each in the custom board. Otherwise you can take a pre-existing indexed jutsu or the indexed summon for Suna.

So go ahead and do those things if you want them, and once Outlaw looks it over it should be good to go.

I'd personally recomend adding to your inventory a bit, like say maybe a medical pouch since you're supposed to be training as a medic. Other then that and what aaron has pointed out or corrected, we're good.

Approval 2/2

Your thread will be unlocked so if you want to add to the extras to your inventory go for it. If not that is fine too, just don't go overboard if you do.

Your character has been added to the Clan page as well as the Sunagakure Village roster in the same team with Chi and Kenji. You sensei is Keitaro.

Now just put your arsenal list together and post it, then link to it and your profile in your sig and you are done. You can go ahead and start RPing now but that Arsenal list needs to be done ASAP please.
