Description:
Kekkei Tōta or Bloodline Selection is the Special Ability that allows a Shinobi to combine three Chakra Natures, thereby creating an entirely new element. Revered as the most powerful form of a combination element, only a select few Shinobi have ever been able to achieve this level of Advanced Nature Manipulation. This requires that the Shinobi possess three (3) chakra natures. They must also have trained extensively over a long period of time. The Shinobi must also possess an existing Kekkei Genkai. They are then able to use the teaching and art of simultaneous activation of the previous Kekkei Genkai to add the third to the combination, and formulate jutsu with the new Bloodline Selection Advanced Element. However, once they have achieved this technique, their chakra flow harmonizes in such a way so that they are no longer able to fuse their elements in any other way except for the ways in which they are currently able to do so. This simply means that once a Shinobi learns a bloodline selection they are not able to learn any other advanced nature after that. Thus, learning multiple advanced natures beforehand is beneficial.

Quicksilver Devastation Wave is a Ninjutsu that utilizes the Mercury Element Kekkei Tōta of Ishida, Seiji. Performing 22 handseals, Seiji creates and manipulates a large amount of mercury that rushes toward the target(s) in the form of a giant tsunami. It rushes at the opponent with intense force, hoping to swallow them up and expose them to the high level of mercury for even a moment. Once the wave settles, the immediate area is covered in a flood of up to five (5) feet of the liquid metal. Coming into contact with the mercury will cause mercury poisoning for friend and foe alike, as the jutsu is indiscriminate. The next step of the jutsu is the hardening of the mercury. If the target was lucky enough to escape, Seiji can then shape the mercury to create hard spikes that shoot up from the surface. Because mercury is a natural liquid metal, the spikes are as tough as steel once hardened, however thy can not retain this shape for more than two seconds and will return to their liquid state almost as soon as they are formed. Taking even a graze from such a spike can expose a target to the toxicity of the mercury, which would mean the end for nearly all Shinobi.

Utilizing his Kinton chakra, Seiji creates a massive amount of steel spikes that erupt upward from beneath and around the target in a fashion similar to his Earth Spike Forest technique. Like the Earth Spike Forest technique, the area of effect of the spikes covers roughly ten square meters. A second before the jutsu takes place, the earth that is affected will crack. The target has the chance to dodge the initial cracking area, but because of the wide area of effect that the jutsu covers, it is hard to escape the jutsu entirely. The spikes range from roughly a meter to four meters in length and are usually three to four meters in width. However, a trait that is specific to the Steel Piercing Forest is Seiji's ability to move and direct the spikes through the ground, causing them to crush, maim, and gouge the opponent if they are caught off guard. This jutsu consumes a significant amount of Seiji's chakra.

A powerful and dangerous ninjutsu created by Seiji. To utilize this jutsu, Seiji must first have activated the Tsuchi Oni Shōheki :: Earth Demon Barrier technique. After the Earth Demon Barrier sealing formula is brought up, Seiji strings together another six hand signs and then touches each of his inner wrists. A seal formula appears on the inside of each wrist and the jutsu activates. The seals are a result of the previous Earth Demon Seal, and only serve to mark the completion of the formula so that Seiji may then complete this jutsu. Upon the seals activating, the Ninjutsu takes effect and Seiji may then freely manipulate all of the earthen material that is trapped in the radius of the barrier including the columns. He can create spikes, pillars, stairs, golems, and almost any structure he can think of. He may change the make up of the earthen material, causing it to be as thick as mud or as hard as onyx. Seiji can also turn his own body into any sort of earthen material while in the barrier using the earth around him. However, he may not add to the amount of earthen material nor take away from it. Also, when this Ninjutsu is active he cannot utilize any other jutsu while in the barrier save for the Body-Flicker and the Academy E-Rank jutsu. With such great power comes great sacrifice. When utilizing this jutsu Seiji's life is at stake constantly. His chakra drains at an incredible level as it must constantly be utilized to keep the jutsu active. On top of that, Seiji's own soul is used to power some of the earth manipulation and if he attempts to manipulate too much he could very well die right on the spot, shorten his life span, or at the least suffer from great physical damage. As such this jutsu has been labelled a Kinjutsu (Forbidden Technique).

Similar in nature to the Water Dragon and Lightning Dragon Bullet Techniques, Kōryūdan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Mercury Element Kekkei Tōta. The user performs 30 hand seals and then utilizing their Mercury Nature Chakra creates a column of the liquid metal that rises up in front of them. The mercury takes the form of a dragon as it continues to rise. It then curls in on itself and rushes to strike the target. It has a maximum range of 15 meters. This technique strikes the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage and will then explode outward in a radial fashion, covering the surrounding area in mercury. However, there is an added danger. Due to the toxicity levels of mercury, any who come in contact with this jutsu will suffer from mercury poisoning within minutes from exposure to such a large amount of the element. A very large amount of mercury is used and thus preparation for this jutsu takes a bit longer than normal. An advanced user's proficiency with this technique could allow them to direct the technique, much like a homing missile. However, this can only be done within an eight (8) meter radius, after which the technique will follow a linear pattern for the rest of its 15 meter duration.

The wall is extremely strong and acts as a barrier that negates most attacks, including strong fire jutsu. Utilizing their Kinton Chakra, the user is able to create weapons and tools made of hardened steel and expel them from the mouth. They have the durability of the regular counterparts but can be reformed by the user if broken using only their chakra. The Kinton user has the ability to create katanas, kursarigama, kunai, and shuriken. For the later two, a skilled user may spit these from their mouth as projectiles if they so wish. However, the user can only create weapons that they are familiar with. Thus, if they have not used or seen a weapon they are not able to create it. Furthermore they may only produce one weapon at a time regardless of skill. For projectile weapons, up to five (5) weapons may be produced and expelled from the mouth at once.

A powerful and complicated sealing jutsu created by Seiji for battlefield control. After a lengthy string of handsigns whilst molding his chakra, Seiji slams both open palms upon the ground in front of him. This causes six large and decorative earthen columns to rise from the ground in a radial pattern around him. They cover a nine (9) meter radius and the circumference of the columns themselves are four (4) feet wide. After coming forth from the ground, a seal pattern appears on the spot where Seiji stands in the area and seal markings run along the ground to connect each column to another. This effectively creates a barrier that keeps an immensely steady flow of chakra, thus allowing no one in or out until Seiji disperses the barrier. Even Seiji himself cannot leave the barrier and neither can any of his clones (of any type) enter the barrier if caught outside of it. Those attempting to enter or leave will be sucked in by the ground below them and spit back out the way they came, as a sort of infinite loop. The barrier is not entirely impenetrable, as several strong direct hits could very slowly bring it down. However, if one can incapacitate Seiji or force him to disperse the barrier it will come down instantly. When used before the Juen no Tsuchi Oni :: Grudge of the Earth Demon techinque, the jutsu serves another purpose in allowing Seiji to utilize the Juen no Tsuchi Oni :: Grudge of the Earth Demon technique.

By changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

This jutsu produces a powerful seal that is used to block or disturb the flow of chakra in a target. The user must make physical contact with the target in order to place the seal on them. Once the seal is completed, the target will become unconscious and unable to fight for a short time. Upon awakening, the will be unable to utilize their chakra properly as this seal disturbs their chakra flow. The seal will not fade away until a full hour has passed. However, it may be removed with the Five Elements Unseal Technique.

This jutsu utilizes the Magnet Release to manipulate Seiji's Gold Dust. Seiji creates a flash barrier that involves condensing the Gold Dust and shaping it around himself and any nearby allies. The shape of this barrier can take that of a wall or dome and the jutsu can even be used to solidify existing barriers of other natures such as rock or mud by reinforcing them. The barrier comes up quickly and is condensed with a large amount of Gold Dust. As such, Seiji cannot utilize any other Jiton jutsu will keeping this barrier up. The hardness of the armor protects the user from all types of Taijutsu and blunt force damage, while enhancing the user's strength at the same time. Once activated, further chakra must be utilized in order to sustain the armor. A drawback to the armor is that the added weight can severely reduce movement and agility, but an incredible strong person would be able to function at a decent pace. While powerful, it is highly absorbent and thus absorbing too much water will eventually affect the user's mobility and reduce its defensive might. Also, if in a muddy terrain, the user's excess weight can cause them to sink under.

An ideal place to utilize this jutsu is near a large body of water, but on occasion Seiji will manifest the water himself. The amount of water is directly proportionate to Seiji's skill and will determine how large the projectile is, as well as how much force it is launched with. To use the jutsu to its greatest effect requires crashing the projectile into the target so that it crushes them against a wall or other stationary object, dealing even more damage.

While performing the hand seals, Seiji's lightning chakra is molded in his hands and upon completion, both hands are slammed palm open on the ground. His chakra generates a current of electricity through both hands that travels through the ground. This will strike upward in flashes at the enemy. With further chakra utilization, Seiji is able to split the two initial currents into several more. The currents can be manipulated at will by the user and are capable of merging in such a way so as to surround the target and trap them or surround the user and act as a defensive barrier. The currents can cause paralysis when contacting a target and because of the nature of the current, the jutsu is more likely to numb and paralyze the target, causing minor burns at most rather than massive damage should they try and break through the trap/barrier.

Seiji's personal Lightning Style Taijutsu. This technique is considered a close-quarters combo. The first move involves a grapple that allows the opponent to be thrown to the ground in some manner. During the process of the first move, Seiji charges an intense amount of his Raiton chakra into one of his knees with a hand seal, which forms the basis of the actual jutsu. Once the opponent is on the ground, Seiji finishes with a forward jump-dive, leading with his knee into whatever part of the opponent is visible. Upon impact, the charged Raiton chakra is released through the knee and will nearly double the power of the blow, by burning the impact area with the sheer lightning. The effects of a direct blow can be akin to being struck by lightning if enough time is allotted for the user to charge enough chakra. Alternatively, the impact area may become paralyzed temporarily. If the impact is close enough to the heart and with bare contact, it may cause the initiation of fibrillation, but this rarely occurs as the current of electricity and other factors must fall under very specific circumstances. Overall, this technique causes sheer damage and possible paralysis more so than anything else.

Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the actual person since the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance. A characteristic that is unique to the Shadow Clone Technique is that any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. This makes the technique ideal for spying, since the user can simply send a clone to spy on a target, then have the clone disperse itself without returning to pass the information back to the user. Any extra chakra the clone has when it disperses is also returned to the original. Because of the manner in which the clones are created, the user must divide their chakra among the clones, potentially using up all of their chakra fairly quickly if the user is low on chakra or makes too many clones. One division (one clone) will lower the Chakra rank for the user and the clone by one (1) rank and any further clones created will do the same. Thus, if a user has a chakra rank of SS and creates a Shadow Clone, both the clone and the user will then have Chakra Ranks of S until the clone is dispersed. In this manner, even very powerful Shinobi are only able to create three (3) to four (4) clones without themselves and the clones becoming very weak.

The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between taking out a ninja tool, taking the right stance and actually throwing it is greatly reduced. Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, it is stronger than steel. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water. It can also be stored in scrolls as traps.

The Summoning Technique is a Space–Time Ninjutsu that allows the summoner to transport animals or other things across long distances instantly. One method involves just hand seals and blood. With this, before an animal summoning can be performed, a prospective summoner must first sign a contract with a given species. The contract can come in the form of a scroll or a tattoo, which is signed in the contractor's own blood and once signed is valid even after the contractors death. After this, they need only perform the hand seals, offer an additional donation of blood (biting the summoner's finger being the most common way to obtain blood), and use the same hand they signed the contract with to summon the creature. The amount of chakra used during the summoning determines how big the summoned creature can be. When an animal is summoned it is transported from its place of residence to the summoner's location. Once summoned, the animal can perform a task or help the user in battle. The summon is not required to help the user, and may be more of a hindrance than an ally. In addition, summons are able to summon their summoner. They may also wear a forehead protector, suggesting a loyalty to only one village. Summoning can also serve as a base for other techniques. Additionally, items can be "summoned" from scrolls. Because the items are not summoned from anywhere, instead only being released from storage, no blood is needed and thus it is not a conventional summoning.

Description:
Drench is a technique that is very self explanatory. The user performs the hand seal and, depending on skill level, manipulates a body of water or creates water that is then splashed down on the target. The speed of the water is not fast enough to cause damage or even move the target, as the goal of this jutsu is not to cause harm. Instead, the jutsu aims at getting the target extremely wet for use with other jutsu. In some cases this allows a Shinobi to follow up with a lightning nature jutsu. Since water conducts electricity, this effectively helps with the minute aiming of the lightning jutsu and it's effectiveness

Description:
A very easy Ninjutsu technique of Raiton nature. After a single handseal is produced, a small amount of lightning will coarse through the user’s hands, allowing small sparks to emerge from the tips. The discharged lightning is not enough to cause damage, as this jutsu is intended to simply light certain areas that are otherwise too dark for a Shinobi to see through.

Description:
This technique is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalize the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination. The different hidden villages have variations of the Body Flicker Technique, all of which involve some extra element aside from the movement itself. The extra element is usually some sort of substance used to distract the opponent, such as leaves or sand.

Description:
By focusing on their Chakra reserves the user is able to increase the strength of their blows for a short period of time. The length of time is directly proportionate to the user's chakra as well as the strength of the blows they are landing in relation to said chakra. Normally the jutsu lasts about a minute at maximum. There is no outward sign of the technique being used and neither does the user's blows seem to connect with more force than normal. Its quite common for a strong user to put all their force into one blow though it will leave them very weakened.

Description:
This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to summon an assortment of items that have been stored using fūinjutsu. Scrolls are the most common choice for item storage. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a Shinobi can use.

This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack. Exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Description:
This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. These illusions however have been shown to be easily distinguishable by persons with ocular jutsu. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones do not have shadows and will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (i.e. won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

Description:
This jutsu allows the user to transform either themselves or another object into the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Shinobi Academy, and most Shinobi know this jutsu. The transformation technique is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts mental strain on an inexperienced ninja. Thus the best way to determine if it is indeed a transformation is to cause this strain upon the user; though this is of course not always successful.
