Description: A scroll hidden technique that only her single family could perform and since all of them are dead now only she can perform it. This technique forces the user into a berserk rage no matter how conservative the user may be. Chakra will gather around the user during the third use of any kaguya technique and the chakra will glow a deep dark purple about the body. The single form of this technique will alter the appearance, changes such as pillar like bones will appear out of the users spine as there will be three of them on the top part of her back, and the extension of the tail bone till it leaves the body extended the length of the user and is completely malleable and controlled. The user's eyes will glow completely with the condensed chakra. This being the universal change to appearance, next is the change of the physical. A user's physical chains of either speed or strength (not both) are increased by 250% (2.5 times) allowing one to be faster and pull off their abilities to a disastrous level. The boost only lasts for two posts into the rage. The rage will last until the user is incapacitated or dead, such a rage poses harm to the users sanity and if it is not closed off by the user by their fifth post their intelligence degrades and after two posts their intelligence will be no more than a mere dog. The ways to stop this effect is for the user to either kill someone, willingly close off the rage by a single post meditation, or be incapacitated/die.

I believe the number 250% is a bit over the top and perhaps gives the impression of a rather over-powered jutsu. You've certainly given it it's various weaknesses though, so it is balanced. Just try re-wording that bit and we can move on from there. We will see what Outlaw has to say, but overall this seems fine.
