Below you will find the template for creating Custom Jutsu. This must be used and filled out properly before any Custom Jutsu will be reviewed. Make sure you include the Japanese and English translations of the jutsu you are creating. A useful and easily available tool for this is Google Translate. However, there are other translation tools as well. It is important to consider Rank and Range when making custom jutsu. Be sure to describe what the jutsu does in great detail. This includes stating its weakness, average amount of chakra consumption used to begin and maintain the jutsu (if applicable) and any side effects it might cause to the user and'/or target(s).
