Description:
A technique that allows the user to create a thick mist that drizzles rain upon the area it reaches. Its maximum range is 12 meters. This mist is attuned to the user's chakra and will nullify any chakra it comes into contact with, that is not of the same signature as the original user. Thereby, it weakens the chakra of those who are caught in the mist, making their jutsu considerably weaker.

Description:
This displacement technique causes a mist to spring forth from either a nearby water source or from the user's manifested water. The mist thickens and surrounds a radius of up to 9 meters, maximum. The user is free to then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it.
