Clan History

The Inazuma Clan are a prominent clan within the Land of Lightning and have direct blood ties to the current Lightning Daimyo. Originating from the mountain lands further north within the country, this clan is full of hardened and sturdy members who are reluctant to back down. The Inazuma Clan pride themselves on having claimed the current lands for the Land of Lightning on their own, as well as assimilating various clans into their coalition by defeating each one. Currently, the Inazume is the Lightning Daimyo's go-to military power and are constantly hired out in his attempt to expand the borders of the Land of Lightning. The Inazuma share a great ancestral clan with nearly all of the other clans in the region. Their power proved that they were fit to reign as the most powerful might in the country and they seek to help the Daimyo expand so that they may conquer and assimilate other clans of Shinobi as well.

Description:
Jinraiton :: Thunderclap Release is an advanced chakra nature. It is utilized by simultaneously activating both the Lightning and Yin Chakra Natures. This advanced nature deals with the manipulation of thunder. Increases in pressure and temperature from lightning produces rapid expansion of the air surrounding/within a bolt of lightning. In turn, this expansion of air creates a sonic shock wave, similar to a sonic boom, which produces the sound of thunder, often referred to as a clap, crack, or peal of thunder. This nature allows the users to directly manipulate and create thunder without the presence of lightning, naturally occurring or otherwise. They can create offensive sonic booms and ear-splitting peals of thunder to knock the opponents back and render their hearing momentarily useless. Since sound is not discriminatory the user's of these jutsu can suffer from the adverse effects as well. Thus, the Inazuma Clan have fashioned many devices as well as a sealing jutsu, with which to protect their hearing.
