Clan History

A small clan within the Land of Water, the Terumī Clan was the first to pledge fealty to the Hōzuki Clan, as they would not have survived other wise. They consist of savage users who take pleasure in spilling their own blood as well as that of others. This is based on their Kekkei Genkai abilities and has created a lust for violence in the clan over many generations. They currently reside in the Hōzuki Clan Compound.

Description:
Ketton :: Blood Release is an advanced chakra nature. It is utilized by simultaneously activating both the Water and Yang Chakra Natures. Ketton is specific to the Terumī Clan. Blood is a bodily fluid responsible for the nourishment of cells in an organism. It delivers nutrients and collects waste. Adding the life-energy of Yang Release to Water Release allows the users of this chakra nature to manipulate blood, as most of the human form is made up of water and the plasma in blood houses it. However, the users are only able to manipulate their own blood. This includes increasing the reproduction rate of blood within their bodies. Thus, the Terumī Clan members are known to spill their own blood in order use it as an offensive weapon on the outside of their bodies, while simultaneously generating now blood.
