Description: Reihas best attack she can currently use, this attack is quite powerful and like her drill blade it causes heavy damage to her body. She will focus a massive amount of chakra into her arm, the skin of the arm will begin to glow red as her chakra can become visible with that arm. She then focuses for one turn (one post, though she can still move) charging up for an attack. When the attack is ready she can unleash its full power, She will quickly move toward her opponent as they can see her blade for but a brief second. Her blade then launches a series of blow ten in total upon the victim, the swings so fast it would be very hard for anyone to project exactly where the strikes would land. This attack can hit from all side below above left right front back, making it very hard to block or dodge this technique. The swings are like those of her full powered swings, making this also very damaging to the victim if it hits. Due to the strain that it puts on her arm, it can only be used twice per thread that she fights in, making this move forbidden. That stacks with her other technique, a total of two to split between Drill Blade and Flash Blade. Also, her arm will be useless for the rest of the thread. Without medical attention, though, this could be made even more serious.

Description: This is a move that Reiha has mastered through training with her sword. After focusing chakra into her arm, it will rotate twenty-one times. She then focuses for one turn (one post, though she can still move) charging up for an attack. Once it is charged, she will rapidly move towards her foe. At this time, the blade becomes almost drill-like, and the blade becomes as strong as a diamond. Not only that, but the sheer force if the spinning cuts as a diamond through butter. It's main use is against any sort of barrier, armor, walls, or even metal itself, which it cuts easily. Due to the strain that it puts on her arm, it can only be used twice per thread that she fights in, making this move forbidden. That stacks with her other technique, a total of two to split between Drill blade and Flash Blade. Also, her arm will be useless for the rest of the thread. Without medical attention, though, this could be made even more serious.

These are fine by me. However you list the limit as stacking between the two. I would suggest actually listing the other tech by name in both descriptions instead of just saying "her other tech" so as to prevent potential confusion. Pending those changes...

Next time you may want to comb through the custom jutsu to make sure no one has already come up with your idea, but seeing as there are enough differences between your Flash Blade and my Flickering Sword, I'm going to approve this.
